Matěj Vácha

Managing Partner
The founder and managing partner of the company is also a partner at the AK PKK law firm which he joined in 2006. Matěj holds a degree in law from the Charles University in Prague where he also obtained a degree in media sciences. In his career, Matěj worked as an advisor to the cabinet minister and to a parliamentary caucus. He is a founder of the Czech Fintech Association where he currently serves as the Member of the Board of Directors.

Ondřej Malý

Partner
Ondřej is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University, where he graduated in the fields of Journalism and American Studies. Prior to 2005, he participated in the development of computer games, then worked in the PR agency. From 2007 to 2012, he worked as Editor in charge of IT and Telecommunications in national newspapers. From 2012 to 2017, he was a member of the Council of the Czech Telecommunication Office. In April 2017, he was appointed Coordinator of the Digital Agenda at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic. In 2018, he served as Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

Zuzana Kailová

Senior Consultant
Zuzana is a consultant and former politician. She graduated in political sciences from the University of Political and Social Sciences in Kolín. From 2008 to 2014, Zuzana served as Deputy Mayor of Ústí nad Labem, a capital of North Bohemia Region. In 2013, she was elected a Member of Parliament where she served one term until 2017. During her time as an MP, Zuzana worked on a number of initiatives with politicians from all parties and established herself as a good and efficient networker.

Matyáš Pospíšil

Analyst
Matyáš Pospíšil is currently finishing his studies at Charles University, although he has already acquired significant experience in the field of law and public affairs. He has worked as a paralegal in a leading international (Allen & Overy – real estate) and Czech (PRK partners – Litigations) law firms, before joining the in medio / AK PKK team. Before that, he was one of the developers of Opher Bryers STAGES.GLOBAL. He is active in the non-profit sector and among other things works as a senior manager of an independent music label.
